We make arrangements with third party supplier’s such as airlines, travel consolidators, hotels, car rentals, travel insurance for travel related products and services. Making such arrangements with our affiliates as they offer negotiated deals, we include some set of fees and commission for our services. When purchasing travel products and services via www.flighttripsmart.com , you authorize www.flighttripsmart.com to make reservation on your behalf with our travel consolidators and also agreeing to the total price displayed or quoted to you.

In order to provide you the travel services, www.flighttripsmart.com does not guarantee or insure the services to be provided by any supplier, the financial condition of airlines or the reimbursement to you from any loss experienced as a result of the financial condition of such airline.

www.flighttripsmart.com is not responsible or liable for any act, error, omission, injury, loss, accident, damage, delay, non performance, irregularity, or any consequence thereof, which may be occasioned through neglect, or default or any other act or inaction of any supplier of travel products. www.flighttripsmart.com shall not be liable for any fluctuation in price or change in for any travel service, which occurs subsequent to payment for such service.

All Fares are including taxes and fees

All fares shown on our website are including taxes and fees. You may select the appropriate currency type as per your convenient however by default the currency type is in U.S. dollars as our area of business is in the USA. The USD rate shall be used for conversion in all other currencies of trade. Airfares and reservations are not guaranteed until paid in full. You need to maintain sufficient balance available on your credit/debit card to pay for your purchase. All reservations are not guaranteed until ticketed.

E-ticket is issued when full payment is collected. Once tickets have been issued there may be a penalty involved for changes, cancellation or refund.

There could be multiple charges on your credit card based on type of itinerary you select however total price will remain same as quoted and authorized by you at the time of booking.

How to make reservation (Flight)

There are two options available, ONE: you can visit our website www.flighttripsmart.com TWO: You can call our travel associates at 1(855) 737-7241. First name and last name of each traveler must be entered into the reservation exactly as it appears on your government issued identification such as your passport, driver’s license or other acceptable forms of identification as you may have. You also need to provide your date of birth and gender as a part of TSA program.

As per TSA guidelines, it is required to carry a valid photo ID in order to board the aircraft in domestic travel however passport and visa are required to travel abroad. Kindly verify all your travel documents with respective embassies before travelling to abroad to avoid any last minute trouble. www.flighttripsmart.com neither holds any responsibility if you are not allowed to take your flight nor provide any assistance in obtaining travel documents, visas etc.

Site usage and Ticket Purchase

You are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to use the site in accordance with all terms and conditions herein. You agree to be financially responsible for all of your purchases using this site if you are making travel reservation for another person. You are responsible for any bookings made by persons under your direction or control. You also confirm that all information supplied by you or on your behalf, or by members of your household in using the site is true and accurate. Further you also confirm that the traveler is not an unaccompanied minor. Without limitation, any exploratory, false, or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand is prohibited. You agree that the travel services or reservation facilities of the site shall be used only to make legitimate reservations or purchases for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act. You understand that overuse or abuse of the travel services reservation facilities of the Site may result in you being denied access to such facilities.

Price Match Guaranteed

We make every attempt to publish the most updated inventory from our vendors/affiliates to offer you the best and cheapest price in the market. However if you find a lower price (excluding any membership or subscription based program) for the same flight (time, date, class of booking and number of passengers)on a competitor’s site within 24 hours of your initial booking, we match the price by refunding you the difference in airfare or we will cancel your booking for full refund. Price Match is not valid after 24 hours of making the reservation. Any promotional deals, offer prices and group deals are not eligible for price match.

Check-in and Boarding

You should reconfirm all your flights at least 24 hours prior to departure. You must check in at least 2 hours prior to departure in domestic travel and 3 hours prior to departure in international travel. You can also print your boarding pass(s) by visiting respective airlines website. You must carry government issued valid photo identification for all domestic flights. Valid passport and valid travel documents/visas required for all international flights. Any special request such as wheelchair, preferred seats, meals, upgrade cabin type, frequent flyer program and other assistance are offered by respective airlines. www.flighttripsmart.com does not guarantee as we can only place the request on your behalf. We also do not guarantee that your meal, frequent flyer & other special requests will be sent to and confirmed by the airline. Therefore we recommend you to contact respective airlines directly to confirm these requests.

Unaccompanied minors

Passengers under 16 years of age traveling without an adult passenger are considered as unaccompanied minors. Every airline has set of rules to allow such passengers on board. There are a few airlines may not allow unaccompanied minors to travel without an adult co-passenger. Or some airlines may allow only on nonstop flight or connection flight with same group or alliance. Unaccompanied minor fee varies depending on airlines you book the ticket with which is additional to the ticket cost. Usually unaccompanied minor fee ranges from 50 to 150 USD per direction. You may book the ticket using our services however unaccompanied minor fee should be paid to airlines directly either at the airport or at the time of booking.

Children below 5 years of age are not allowed to travel alone. If you feel like to have unaccompanied minor service for your child even he/she does qualify to fly alone, You can do so by paying the unaccompanied minor fees in addition to air fare.

Kindly verify the rules and restriction and fees with respective airlines for unaccompanied minor traveling alone.

It is parent’s duty to educate the children about the guidelines of airlines while traveling alone.

Changes to all purchased flights

We understand plan change. Therefore you always need to go through the fare rules while purchasing the tickets with www.flighttripsmart.com

Changes within 24 hours of your booking: All airlines tickets are non refundable and non transferable until and unless stated in fare rules. There is no change penalty on the ticket purchased within 24 hours to change however fare difference may apply. www.flighttripsmart.com will charge 50.00 to 100.00 USD service fee in addition to make such changes.

On the other side, Low cost airlines such as spirit airlines, frontier airlines etc will not allow you to make the changes within 24 hours without any penalty if your travel dates are within one week of your initial booking date. Kindly always refer to airlines ticket terms and conditions to make the changes. Changes after 24 hours: Changes on flight itinerary are subject to airlines fare rules stated at the time of booking. Tickets can be changed to new dates or destination by paying 200-300 USD per person airlines penalty and fare difference in addition. Change fee varies depending upon carrier you chose to fly with. Agency processing fee may apply. Sometimes airline may not allow to make any changes depending upon the ticket you have purchase. Partially used tickets can also be changed if permitted by airlines. Change penalty plus difference in fare may apply. Date change is subject to availability of seats.

All changes must be done prior to departure of your flight.

No Show: No show is a term means if you do not show up at the airport to check in for your outbound flight. In such incidents, airlines will cancel all your associated flight even your return trip as well and no refund will apply. Such tickets will not have any value even if you wish to make changes to your trip. It is always suggested to cancel your ticket by calling at least 2 hours before the flight departure. If you have not decided your new travel dates, you make still cancel your trip for “Future Credit”. That means you can use the ticket value within one year from the date of purchase to apply towards a new ticket. Some airlines will only allow you to use the future credit within 90 Days. Airlines change penalty and fare difference will apply. Agency fee range from 75.00 USD TO 200.00 USD per person will also be applied.

It is always recommended to change the fare of whole new ticket before requesting to make the changes. In some cased a whole new flight could be cheaper than making the changes on your existing tickets specially in such cases where ticket value is less than the airlines change penalty.

Return date change on domestic flights may be changes wherever allowed by the airlines as per the fare rules with the applicable change fee of 100.00 USD to 200.00 USD plus any fare difference. Agency ticket exchange fee will apply.

On international flights, return date may be changed wherever permitted by the airlines as per the fare rules with the applicable change fee of 100.00 USD to 500.00 USD plus any fare difference. Agency ticket exchange fee will apply. All return date change must meet the maximum validity of your ticket.

You can also cancel your ticket within 24 hours of your initial purchase for full refund of your ticket value. Agency service fee is non refundable in all cases. In addition Agency may charge a cancellation fee of 75.00 USD per person. Such cancellation can only be done via calling our customer care agent on 1(855) 737-7241. After 24 hours, standard airline cancellation rules will apply.

Refund

All domestic airlines tickets are non refundable, non transferable. If you are unable to travel, you may cancel your ticket at least 2 hours before the first flight to get future credit with same airlines and for same passenger. You can reuse this credit with applicable changes fee plus difference in fare. Ticket cancelled after the departure of first flights has no value. Change fee varies airline to airline. Agency ticket exchange fee may apply. All domestic partially used or no-show tickets have no refund or credit value.

Most of international tickets are non refundable. In certain cases airline may allow cancellations and a credit may be available for future ticket purchase on same airline for same passenger. Reissue (exchange) fee apply from $100.00 to $500.00 or more depending on the airline and fare rule. Usually the credit is valid for one year from the date of original purchase. Tickets must be cancelled prior to your first flight segment. Agency processing fee applies.

You may request for refund by calling us at 1(855) 737-7241. Upon receiving such request, we will submit an application to respective airlines to review and if the request gets approved by the airline, you will be entitled to get refund of your ticket. We would not be able to suggest you the exact time frame of refund credited to you as this process is controlled by the airlines. All International partially used and no-show tickets have no refund or credit value.

Your rights to refund are limited as most of the airlines tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable. Kindly read the airlines fare rules carefully while purchasing the airlines ticket and agree.

Schedule Changes and Flight Cancellation

Most of the time airlines follow their schedule however due to some unforeseen situation such as bad weather, technical reason or to meet their operational needs, airlines may changes the schedule or cancel the flight. In such cases airline will make every attempt either to provide the alternative flight or offer credit to words new flight without any penalties. Some airline may offer credit or refund if they fail to provide an alternate under their applicable rules. www.flighttripsmart.com does not take any responsibility -financial or non financial in case of such schedule change or cancellation of flight services.

Baggage Policy & Allowances

Personal Item: Personal item (e.g. Laptop Bag, Lady Purse etc) should fit underneath the seat in front of you. The maximum dimensions for your personal item are 9 inches x 10 inches x 17 inches (22 centimeters x 25 centimeters x 43 centimeters)

Carry On Bag: Carry-on bag should fit in the overhead bin. The maximum dimensions for a carry-on bag are 9 inches x 14 inches x 22 inches (22 centimeters x 35 centimeters x 56 centimeters). This includes handles and wheels.

Check bag: Maximum weight limit of 50 pounds per checked bag as well as a size restriction. The most common maximum size bag allowed is 62 linear (total) inches. A common size bag for checking through is: 27" x 21" x 14".

Kindly always confirm the baggage allowance at the time of booking to avoid additional charges as check in bags are not including in domestic travel in USA. Baggage allowance may change any time without prior notice as they are controlled by the carrier. If two or more airlines involved for connecting flights then you may have to reclaim your bags at the connecting airport and check-in again to continue your journey. You are also advised that in these cases if you have excess baggage, you will have to pay any excess baggage fee assessed by each airline. Most airlines now charge baggage fees even for the first bag checked-In. Baggage fees range from 30 USD up to 100 USD or even more depending on the size and weight of the bag and are per checked bag. These fees are to be paid directly to airline upon using such service.

Travel Support Plan

Travel support plan allows customers to cancel their booking within 24 hours from the time of their original ticket purchase for full refund. In case of changes, there will be no change penalty if you make changes within 24 hours of your initial purchase time; difference in fare may. Travel support Plan does not cover low cost airlines such as Spirit, Frontier and Southwest. After 24 hours, standard fee and airline rules apply. Support center is available 24x7x365 for change, cancellation and refund.
